1. Delivery Fees & Regional Surcharges
We structure our delivery fees into regional zones to provide the most competitive rates. For standard morning and afternoon timeslots, our charges are split as follows:
Enjoy free delivery to general urban areas for any single order of HK$1,500 or more.
Standard Urban Areas
Covers standard morning and afternoon delivery slots across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and most New Territories residential, commercial, or industrial zones.
Village Houses & Walled Villages
Applies to all village houses, walled estates, and low-density rural developments in all districts.
Remote Areas & Outlying Islands

Designated Remote Areas ($250 HKD Fee)
Lung Kwu Tan, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Tso Wo Hang, Tseng Tau Village, Dei Tong Tsai, Shek O, Wong Ma Kok, Hok Tsui, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Tai O, Pui O, Mui Wo, and Tong Fuk.
✕Non-Covered Locations
Hong Kong International Airport passenger terminals, Disneyland theme park, and any buildings without functional elevators that are above the 5th floor, or locations that are completely inaccessible by motor vehicles.
2. Delivery Arrival Timeslots & Scheduling
Morning / Afternoon Slots
- Morning Slot (AM):09:00 - 13:00
- Afternoon Slot (PM):13:00 - 18:00
Applies to standard delivery rates. Couriers deliver dynamically within this wide range based on routing layout.
Specific Hour Request
Available ONLY across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. We guarantee the courier will deliver within ±30 minutes of your requested time.
* Must be reserved with our team before checkout. Surcharge is non-refundable.
Holiday Delivery Window
- General Window:08:00 - 18:00
Due to extreme logistics volume on peak days (Valentine's, Mother's Day), specific time requests or narrow AM/PM slot choices are strictly suspended. All orders are completed within the general window.
3. Additional Logistics Guidelines & Terms
Multi-Item Surcharge Discount
If sending two or more floral gifts to the exact same recipient location, the delivery fee/surcharge for each additional item is halved (50% off) automatically.
Staircase & Walk-up Surcharges
For apartments without direct elevator access, a walk-up fee of $20 HKD per floor applies starting from the 3rd floor (capped at 5 floors max). Please notify us in advance.
Failed Delivery & Redelivery Policies
If the recipient refuses, security denies entry, or we cannot make contact due to wrong details, the flowers are returned. We support free Whampoa studio pickup within 48 hours, or redelivery starting from a minimum of $150 HKD.
Surprise Delivery Policy
To ensure your surprise works perfectly, our delivery couriers will NOT contact the recipient in advance. We will only call once we have physically arrived at the exact delivery address.
Important Notes on Delivery & Self-Pickup
Please ensure you provide the correct recipient name, contact phone number, and detailed address. If we cannot reach the recipient at the time of delivery, the bouquet will by default be left at the property management office/lobby reception, or rescheduled for redelivery (rescheduling/redelivery will incur an additional shipping fee of HK$150). For remote or restricted areas such as outlying islands, hospital isolation wards, or airports, shipping availability may be limited or subject to extra surcharges.
