* The above is the shipping cost for each gift. If two or more gifts are shipped to the same location, the shipping cost for each gift will be halved.
* Please note that additional charges may apply to properties in very remote locations/village houses/tenant houses ( details ).

• The delivery fee for all village houses/walled villages in urban areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories is $250.

• Shipping fee of $250 to extremely remote areas or outlying islands includes: (Lung Kwu Tan, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Tsao Wo Hang, Tsing Tau Tsuen, Tei Tong Ting, Shek O, Wong Ma Kok, Hok Tsui, Ping Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Tai O, Pui O, Mui Wo Tong Fuk)

• For floors 3 and above in buildings without elevators, an additional $20 per floor will apply. The maximum charge is for a maximum of 5 floors.

• If the vehicle cannot reach the location and manual transport is required from the drop-off point to the delivery point, an additional delivery fee of $100 or more will apply for distances exceeding 100 meters or taking more than 5 minutes.

* If the following situations occur:
- - If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers at the customer's designated delivery address or is unable to do so for other reasons,
When the management office of a commercial building or residential building refuses to accept or allow entry, and the person receiving/buying the flowers cannot be contacted.

- The customer provided an incorrect address or recipient's name/phone number, preventing the delivery from being made.

We will take photos to prove that we have arrived at the address provided by the customer. We will then return the bouquet to the company (you can pick it up at the company within 48 hours, or pay a minimum shipping fee of $150 before we send it back).

To maintain the surprise factor when giving gifts, our delivery personnel will not contact the recipient in advance.

* In the event of weather or traffic disruptions, we may be unable to deliver to your destination on time. We will make special arrangements accordingly.
