Flower Substitution Policy
Learn how we manage natural seasonal variations and supply fluctuations while keeping your arrangements elegant and full.
1. Principle of Equal or Higher Value Replacement
Fresh cut blooms are highly seasonal and dependent on global imports. If specific secondary flowers or foliage are unavailable due to seasonal changes or supply chain blockages, our master florists reserve the right to substitute them with equivalent or higher-value alternatives. We guarantee that the final size, fullness, and grandeur of the bouquet will match or exceed the original product specifications.
2. Color Theme & Style Consistency
Every arrangement is an artist's creation. In the event of secondary material substitutions, we will keep the original color scheme, style direction, and aesthetic layout unchanged. For instance, if a specific secondary pink spray rose is out of stock, we will select another elite pink variety to preserve the bouquet's romantic visual balance.
3. Customer Notification Guidelines
For standard secondary foliage and filler flower substitutions, our florists will perform replacements directly to ensure order processing times are met. However, if the main core flowers (such as the main roses, hydrangeas, or peonies) require significant adjustments, our customer support team will contact you in advance via WhatsApp or Phone to present alternative solutions.
4. Web Catalog Images as Style References
Since fresh flowers grow naturally under various natural climates, each bloom has unique stem shapes, open states, and size variations. The catalog product photos on our website represent a showcase of design style, layout, and color theme. The actual delivery may have slight variations, which is the natural beauty of handcrafted florist arrangements.
