5. Final Order & No Cancellation
An order becomes final immediately after it is submitted. As fresh flowers, materials and production capacity may be purchased or reserved straight away, the customer may not cancel, withdraw or request a refund after placing the order. Please verify all product, card-message, recipient, delivery and contact details before submitting. An exception applies only where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Flower Bouquet HK in writing.
